Stir-fried Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  1. 2 lbs Pork Tenderloin, Thinly Sliced

  2. 4 Teaspoon Oil

  3. 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced

  4. 3 Tablespoon Peeled and Minced Fresh Ginger Root

  5. 1 Medium Red Bell Pepper, Seeds and Membrane Removed, Thinly Sliced

  6. 4 Cups Mung Bean Sprouts

  7. 3 Scallions, Trimmed and Thinly Sliced

  8. 1/2 Teaspoon or less Salt & Pepper

Instructions

Heat oil in wok or skillet, and sauté sliced pork. Add garlic, ginger, red bell pepper, bean sprouts, and scallions. Stir-fry quickly about one minute, but do not overlook. Season with salt and pepper if desired and serve. Enjoy.


Tip:

Ginger helps lower blood sugar levels and prevents heart disease. There are components of Ginger that helps lower cholesterol.
