Sautéed Green Beans with Minced Pork & Olive Vegetable Pickles

Ingredients:

  1. 2 lbs Pork Tenderloin, Minced

  2. 2 Tablespoon Shaoxing Wine

  3. 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce

  4. 2 Teaspoon Oil

  5. 6 Cups Green Beans, Cut in Half

  6. 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced

  7. 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

  8. 4 Teaspoon Olive Vegetable Pickles

  9. 4 Dried Thai Chilies, De-seeded, and Chopped

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix minced pork with Shaoxing wine and soy sauce. Marinate for 15 to 20 minutes. Heat oil in wok or skillet, add minced pork and stir-fry until half-cooked. Add in green beans, garlic, and salt. Stir-fry quickly about 3 minutes until the beans are dried and pork is cooked. Add olive vegetable pickles, mix well.. Add dried chili and quickly stir-fry for another minute. Turn off heat. Transfer the ingredients to a dish and serve.


Tip:

Green beans have a variety of health benefits. Green beans contain a decent amount of calcium and high in Vitamin K.
