Oven Baked Salsa Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. 4 6-Ounce Chicken Breast, Boneless

  2. 1 Packet, McCormick's Taco Seasoning

  3. 2 Teaspoon Olive Oil

  4. 6 Cup of Green Beans

  5. 2 Cup Pace Picante Salsa

  6. Mexican Blend Cheese, For Taste

  7. Cilantro, for Garnish (optional)

  8. Sour Cream, for Garnish (optional)

  9. 6 Ounces of Avocado Slices, for Garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Season both sides of the chicken with McCormick's taco seasoning. Sear in a frying pan with olive oil. Cover the bottom of the baking pan with green beans. place browned and seasoned chicken on top of the green beans. Cover with salsa. Bake for 30 minutes. Top with cheese and put it back into the oven to melt. Pull it out of the oven and plate it. Serve right away, with cilantro, sour cream, and guacamole if desired. Cheese it up!


Tip:

Avocado is rich in antioxidants and regularly eating them helps increase the body's antioxidant defenses. Next time, add an avocado to your next meal.
