Ingredients:
4 Cabbage Leaves
4 Slices Reduced-Fat Swiss Cheese
15 Oz Corned Beef, Cooked and Thinly Sliced
1 Cup Sauerkraut
8 Tablespoon Walden Farm Russian Dressing, for Dipping
Instructions
In a large pot, boil 4 cups of water. Using tongs, dip each cabbage leaf in water for 30 seconds and place on a paper towel lined plate to dry. Place 1 slice of Swiss cheese in the center of a cabbage leaf. Top each cabbage leaf with 3.75 oz corned beef and 1/4 cup sauerkraut. Roll burrito-style into a small package. Serve each cabbage wrap with 2 Tablespoons of Russian dressing for dipping. Enjoy.
